Early C18. Probably associated with the branch extension of the Grand Union Canal
to Market Harborough - formerly the Union Inn. Rendered facade over red brick.
Bands at 1st and 2nd floor sill heights. Slate roof with wide eaves and end chimneys.
3 storeys. Symmetrical design, generally with 4 windows. Sashes, in moulded boxed
frames, with glazing bars. Later centre porch.
Side trellised porch. Rear red brick range with cast iron C19 pump (damaged).
