House of c1800. Red brick, Flemish bond, with brick eaves, painted stone
sill band to first floor, mostly flat gauged brick lintels and hipped C20 plain
tile roof. 2 symmetrical red brick ridge stacks. Concreted plinth,
2 storeys of 3 windows. 3/3 sashes above 6/6 with panelled shutters,
the central ground floor in round headed recess with blank arched head.
Round headed doorway to right of this with radiating fanlight. 1 storey
gabled extension on left end with 6/6 sash. Right end of 3 windows
with central projecting gable having brick dentilled pediment. This
projection has tripartite 2/2: 6/6: 2/2 sash below with wooden mullions and
cambered brick lintel, and blank doorways either side, and above a round
headed window breaking sill band. To left a 6/6 with 3/3 over and to
right an 8/8 with 6/6 over breaking sill band. Rear altered and rendered
with 2-light casements, C19 and C20 windows, porch and doors.
