1903-1906. Architects Chatwin and Son. Granite ashlar ground floor, Portland stone above. Large classical building of three diminishing storeys. Six windows. Ground floor tall round-arch windows in rusticated surrounds and Giant Ionic columns supporting entablature with modillion cornice and pediment over right hand doorway with semi-circular fanlight. First floor pedimented windows with attached Corinthian columns and balustered aprons, panelled pilasters between windows with moulded cornice at second floor window sill level. Moulded shouldered second floor windows with carvings in pilasters between and frieze above with carved swags and ribbons. Heavy modillion cornice above and parapet. Chimneys with moulded cornices.
