Late Cl9. Gothic style. Red brick with stone dressings. Three storeys.
Millstone Lane elevation five windows, Berridge Street elevation four
windows, splayed angle one window. Each elevation has two gables rising
through parapet, and a gable with circular panel at angle. Ground floor
completely modern cement rendered and plate glass windows. First floor
single-light and two-light moulded pointed arch windows with pilaster
shafts. First floor splayed oriel at angle. Second floor two-light pointed
arch windows in brick pointed arch recess with carved circular panel at
head, rising into gables, between are rectangular windows with shouldered
heads, and carved stone imposts. Slate roof. Large brick chimney stacks
with heavy stone caps.
