House incorporating tea room. C18. Coursed rubble with brick gable end and rear,
Collyweston stone slate roof, coped gables and brick end stacks. Three storeys. Two
2-storey canted bays, with sash windows to first floor and shop windows to ground
floor, flanking C20 door in original moulded architrave. Later door to left. Second
floor has 2 3-light windows beneath timber lintels, casement opening with glazing bars
and H-hinges.
