Cottage (sometime 2 dwellings). Dated 1642. Coursed rubble stone with quoins
and Collyweston slate roof with moulded central ridge and right end stacks.
Stone coped gables. 1½ storeys of 3 2-light dormers (that to right with leaded
lights) over 3-light casement, 3-light stone mullion window with hood mould,
tiny 1-light, and 2-light casement. Blocked doorway, entrance now to rear.
Central stone tablet inscribed T.T. 1642.
