3 cottages, perhaps originally 1 house. Dated 1691. Coursed rubble stone
with quoins and stone dressings and Collyweston slate roof with moulded
stone and stone and brick ridge, end and side stacks. Stone coped gables.
L plan, wing projecting forward on left. 2½ storeys. On wing facing gable
a stone mullion window with hood mould on each floor: 3-light blocked;
2-light; and attic 1-light. Over last a stone tablet inscribed 'E.F.A.
1691'. On wing right return a blocked window, and on main range front
a door, 3-light casement, door, and 3-light casement, with 3-light
casement over. On left end a door, 3-light casement and 1 storey Welsh
slate roofed extension with 1-light over.
