6/174 2 gate piers either side
of Old Hall Avenue

GV II

2 gate piers. C18. Moulded stone. 2 gate piers c50m apart stand either
side the avenue associated with the Old Hall, demolished in 1806. These
piers are c3m high and have moulded cornices. Their pairs were probably
removed from their original positions at a road widening. Included for
group value.
