House, formerly rectory, late C18 and early C19, of coursed squared rubble with
ashlar dressings and Collyweston stone slate roofs, and lateral stacks. Two storeys
and attic. Main block built in 2 stages, articulated by 2-span roof, mansard to
centre and hipped to right. Central round-headed doorway with fanlight, flanked by
12-pane sash windows with side-lights. 16-pane sash windows to 1st floor. Dormer
in mansard. Two storey lean-to addition to left hand side, with full-length sash
window to ground floor and 3-light casement above, both beneath timber lintels. Two
storey, 3 window range to rear, with Cl9 gabled and buttressed porch in angle, with
arched entrance.
