House, probably late C16 in origin,and of various builds. Rubble with
ashlar quoins. Stone tiled roof and coped gables. Large stepped
stones to gables. Long main facade, 1½ storeys. To the left, 1 bay
with door to left and 2-light stone mullioned window with dormer above.
Gable and axial stack. Right of this a full height ashlar gabled bay
window, with canted mullioned bay to ground floor, and upper gable
corbelled out above it, containing a 3-light mullioned window. Beyond
this, a change in wall-line and type of masonry, rubble with flat ashlar
string course, 1½ storeys with dormers and 2 ground floor windows, one
renewed. Doorway to right. Buttresses to this section of walling and
to rear wall, which is built into slope and forms the boundary of the
churchyard.
