Warehouse or factory. c.1830s. Brick with stone dressings,
slate roof. Two and three storeys, five bays. Top cornice and
blocking course; first two bays of three storeys with large
rectangular panel above. Windows have wedge lintels, first and
second bays have boarded ground-floor windows (1984), those to
first floor are sashed with glazing bars, those to third floor
are blind. Windows to ground floor of other bays are sashed,
one with glazing bars, those to first floor are boarded
(1984). Elliptical-arched cart entrance to third bay.
