Farmhouse, mid to late C19. Brick with sandstone dressings, slate roof. Double-depth 3-bay plan. Two storeys, symmetrical, with pilastered corners, stone plinth and band, moulded stone eaves cornice; central panelled door with segmental fanlight containing radiating glazing bars, stone doorcase of attached Tuscan columns and cornice; two 16-pane sashed windows at ground floor and 3 above; gable chimneys.
