Four cottages. Probably early C19. Rubble, cement washed. Stone slate roof with
stone coping, springers, kneelers and gable finials. Symmetrical. Two 2-light
windows with dripstones per cottage, mullions removed in No 1. Ground floor windows
larger than those above. Gabled centre porch shared by No 3 and 5. Porch has
springers, moulded coping, finials and similar windows. Two ridge stacks, on party
walls. Reported to have been built by a radical in order to qualify as a
Parliamentary candidate.
