Field barn (with Integral shippon). Late C17 or early C18 repaired 1795 (datestone
'Repd. by WR 1795'):Random rubbles stone slab roof. Barn with shippon brought
forward to form a shallow L-plan, under catslide extended to form protected
entrance to wagon entrance. Latter with elliptical arch (the underside of
keystone containing date); double boarded doors. Shippon door with chamfered
surround. Roadside front with round-headed doorway opposed to wagon doorway
Later window to W return. Interior: 6 narrow roof bays; ties (on stone corbels),
king post with struts, ridge piece, trenched purlins. Stalls with tongue
and groove partitions.
