Cottage of 1734. Coursed rubble stone and thatch roof with brick end
stacks. Faces rear. 1½ storeys a 2-light casement window either side
central door. Wooden lintels. Over door stone tablet with 'T.B.A. 1734'.
On left end 1st floor 1-light and similar on right end with C20 flat-roofed
extension below. 2-light and C20 sun room extension face Mill Lane.
