brick dressings. Plain tiled roof, hipped to east, with west end stack. Two storeys;
irregular 3 window facade, casements. Two ground floor windows to right have
segment-head surrounds. Hexagonal bay window to left. Two storey extension to east,
red brick ground floor with weatherboarded first floor. Included for group value
only.
