Rotunda bellcote. Dated 1776, formerly in grounds of Prospect House,
Wheelton, and probably originally part of Heapey Parish church
(St. Barnabas). Dressed gritstone. Square rusticated base, 6 squat Tuscan
columns, banded frieze, moulded cornice, domed roof. Frieze inscribed
"JAMES SCOTSON CHURCH WARDEN 1776".
