Mid C19. Ashlar. 3 storeys. Moulded eaves cornice and blocking course.
Moulded cornice over ground floor, which was refronted in a 1920's neo-classical
manner, using similar stone. Lord Street elevation has 3 ranges of sashes with
glazing bars. Warren Street elevation has 4. 1st floor sashes have moulded
surrounds, except for 2 easternmost on west side, which have moulded cornices
on consoles Remaining 2 on Warren Street elevation, and 2 southernmost on
Lord Street are round-arched.
