Early C19 features. 3 storeys, pebble dashed, with 3 windows in stone surrounds,
centre blocked, 1 with glazing bars, to 2 floors. Ground floor has double-fronted
mid C19 shop, and small shop front to right. 1 plain door in stone surround. Side
elevation is No 1 Duck Street. 3 windows, 2 to right hung sashes with glazing bars.
2 to ground floor and door in stone surround. lst floor to No 9 to side has hoist
door in stone surround, with wood panelled shop front below with entablature and
cornice.
Dog and Partridge Public House and No 3, The Towns Well and Nos 5 to 9 (odd) form a group
No 5 being a building of local interest only.
