C18. 2 storeys in stone. Moulded stone eaves cornice with modillions. Slate roof with stone coped gable ends. Stone rusticated quoins and stone plinth. Centre doorway with pediment on consoles above grooved brackets. Rectangular fanlight. 4 windows in the ground storey and 5 above, all plain stone surrounds with later glazing bars.
Nos 11 to 23 (odd), Stanworth House and Clitheroe Roya1 Grammar School for Boys form a group.
