Cottage. Circa 1800. Coursed ironstone ashlar with later extension to right of red
brick and coursed stone blocks, these galletted, on ground floor, tile-hung on first
floor. Pentice hood over ground floor. Slate roof with right end stack, and left
stack almost at end, off-ridge to front Two storeys; 2 windows, glazing bar sashes,
with one small casement on first floor of extension. Gauged heads to ground floor
windows. Central entrance with moulded stone surround. Thin Doric columns supporting
triangular pediment with ogee soffit and crown plinth. Glazed door.
