House, early C19th, of pebbledashed rubble with slate roof. Symmetrical,
with central entry and end stacks. 2½ storeys, 3 bays. Doors and windows
in plain stone surrounds. 1st floor windows sashed. Central attic window
blank. Doorway has cornice hood. Interior. Central stair in one flight
with open string, turned newels, stick balusters and mahogany handrail.
Barn to the left of limestone rubble with lower slate roof has wide
segmental-arched doorway, with 2nd similar opening to the right now blocked.
Doorway with plain reveals to the left rebuilt c1981. Trusses have hardwood
principals with softwood ties. C17th studded door re-used at rear.
