Houses, late C18th. Rendered rubble with slate roof. 2 storeys. Nos. 70
and 72 identical, each with a door to the left with plain stone surround
having semi-circular head with raised keystone and shoulders. To the right
of the door each has a sashed window with glazing bars in plain stone surround,
with a similar window on the 1st floor above. No. 68 (to the right) has a
similar door surround, with a shop window of small panes to the left and a
window with plain reveals to the right. On the 1st floor is a double sash
with glazing bars separated by a stone mullion. Right-hand gable is skewed
where it abuts the adjoining building, with rock-faced quoins possibly of
later date.
