House, 1738, with barn probably early C19th. Sandstone rubble with slate
roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Windows have stone surrounds with slight chamfers
and with mullions removed. The door, in the central bay, has a surround
with a cyma moulding forming an ogee shape on the lintel, which is
inscribed: 'ICM 1738'. Above is a hood formed by 2 pitched stone slates.
End chimneys. The barn, at the right, has a stone slate roof with a lower
ridge. A wide doorway at the left has a stone lintel and an external
sliding door. At the right are a window and a door, both with plain
reveals.
