Probably a late mediaeval hall-house. A timber-framed building, with the
timber- framing and plaster infilling exposed in the north-west wall, the ground
floor partly refaced with stone rubble but wholly refronted on the south-west
side, with stone rubble on the ground floor and tile-hung above. Steeply-pitched
hipped tiled roof. Four Dering windows.
