This was the home farm of the Surrenden Dering estate, and was built in 1813
during the minority of Sir Edward Cholmeley Dering, 8th Baronet, (1807-1896).
Two storeys and attics; ashlar with galleting. Hipped slate roof with three
gabled dormers. Bracket eaves cornice. Three Dering windows. Gabled porch
with the date 1813 in it.
