C17 or earlier building, refaced with red brick on the ground floor and with
fishscale tiles above, the east wall stone rubble. Hipped tiled roof with
2 gabled dormers. Four C19 casements with the crest of the Toke family, formerly
of Godinton, Great Chart. Massive chimney breast with offsets on the west
wall.
