C17 or earlier timber-framed building of 2 storeys refaced on the ground floor
with brick, now painted, on a cemented base, 1st floor tile hung. Tiled
roof. Two casement windows to 1st floor and 2 modern bays on ground floor.
Contemporary paving of Bethersden marble forms footpath in front and extending
to south-east about 12 yards.
