C18 features to a 2 storey timber traded and weatherboarded building probably
of earlier origin, the roofs tiled and hipped at the gable ends. Catslide
roof at rear. One large square chimneystack to the right hand part of the
building. The front has a 5 window range of various casements, 2 and 3 light.
The ground floor has a verandah the full length of the building, supported
by wooden posts.
