Includes No 12A St. Vincent Street. Terrace of 9 houses.
Early C19. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof, 3
storeys with basement, 2 bays to each house. Windows have
wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. Top cornice
and end stacks, panelled doors in Doric cases with reeded
friezes, round-arched heads and open pediments. No 19 has
casements to 2nd floor; No 21 has glazing bars to 1st floor
windows only; No 23 has glazing bars to 1st floor windows
only; No 25 has late C19 casements; Nos 27-33 are derelict
(1984), roofs gone and window boarded. No 31 has complete
fanlight; No 12A St Vincent Street forms return of No 33,
and is of 3 bays, pedimented with plainer round-headed
doorway and altered window to right hand bay of ground
floor.
