Lodge, c.1840's, possibly by Cunningham and Holme. Stone
with fishscale slate roof. One storey with attic, 3 storeys
central bay projects under gable. Corbelled gutter, window
coped gables have corbelled kneelers. above of 2 lights with
label mould. Right return has canted oriel with hipped
stone roof. Other windows have label moulds. All windows
have casements. Porch has pierced parapet, entrance in
return has blind quatrefoil above. 2 square panels with
arms to central bay gable and 3rd bay. Rear to Rose Lane
has 2 lateral stacks with panels and central projecting bay
with attic window in half dormer central stack.
