C18. Two storeys and attic timber-framed clad with mathematical tiles. Two hipped dormers. Wooden bracket eaves cornice. Doorcase with Doric pilasters, pediment, semi-circular fanlight and six-panel moulded door. Glazing bars missing.

All the listed buildings on the west side of East Cross form a group.
