Circa 1840. 3 storeys stuccoed. Tiled roof in 2 hips. Wooden modillion
cornice. 2 sashes with glazing bars intact and stone cills. Stringcourse.
Rusticated base and C19 bar front. Side elevation has traces of flint.
The rear elevation is faced with flint and ashlar.
