House. C16 and clad C18. Timber framed and clad with painted red brick.
Plain tiled roof. Possibly originally a hall house. Two storeys on
plinth with discontinuous plat band and roof hipped to left with stacks
to left and at end right. Irregular fenestration of 1 sash, 1 wooden
casement and 1 glazing bar sash on first floor, and 2 segmental headed
sashes and oriel to centre left on ground floor with half-glazed and
panelled door to centre right in porch with moulded kneelered gable, and
semi-circular arched doorway on pilasters. Right return: fine moulded
stack with tumbled-in offsets and flint diaper. Interior: full frame
visible; fine moulded ceiling beams.
