House. Mid C18. Red brick and plain tile roof.Two storeys on plinth with plat
band and hipped roof with stacks to centre left and to end right. Irregular
fenestration of 5 metal casements on first floor and 2 blocked window spaces.
One blocked window space and 4 segmental headed metal casements on ground
floor. Half-glazed door with segmental head to right. A manorial site, the house
according to Hasted "built within memory". Earthwork remains of old manor
house and chapel in woods to north-west of house.(See Hasted, X, 105-6).
