Farmhouse. C17, with late C18 addition and mid C19 facade.
Timber framed. Ground floor clad with red brick in Flemish
bond, first floor with banded plain and fishscale tiles.
Plain tile roof. 2 storeys on stone plinth. Half-hipped
roof. Ridge stack towards left end and slender projecting
stack to right end. Irregular fenestration of three 3-light
casements. Panelled door up 6 steps beneath stack. Boarded
door to left gable end up 12 stone steps (land slopes away
to left). Short 2-storey red brick rear wing to left,
probably late C18. Short 2-storey rear wing to right with
red brick ground floor, tile-hung above. Interior: only
partly inspected. Exposed beams.
