1877. Coarse style inspired by late Tudor. 3 storeys 3 plate glass sash
windows. Brick with stone dressings, quoins, plinth, cill bands, parapet coping
and kneelers. Full height square gabled bay on right with a vestica-shaped
opening and label in gable. To left a lst and 2nd floor oriel centre bay of
3 lights with parapet mitred round it and roof turretted over moulded kneelers,
blind cascading to parapet, panels in 1st floor cill band and also in cap bands
to 2 tall chimneys. Pointed doorway to left with "1877" in spandrels. The
building is roughly 'H' plan. The rear elevation is visible when approaching
the Green Dragon Yard complex from North and East: Early C19. flipped roof,
2 storeys and 2 windows, glazing bar sashes on 1st floor, paired to left,
blocked on ground floor. Built of brick; part of side wall of stone (much older).
