Lodge. Early C19. Probably J. Nash. Stone. Two storeys, three bays; first bay lower and recessed. Top drip mould and embattled parapet. Windows have small-paned casements. Second and third bays have lancet openings, above roof level . Round-headed entrance to first bay, right of window. Chimneys in angles behind parapet. Right return has two ground floor windows; gate to right has rusticated gate piers and paired iron gates of Gothic pattern. Built as Lodge to Childwall Hall (now demolished).
