House. Early C19. Stucco with slate roof. 2 storeys with
attic, 3 x 3 bays. Flat band over ground floor; top frieze,
cornice and blocking course. Windows are sashed with
glazing bars, those to 1st floor have label moulds, the
central window with consoled gabled cornice. 2 windows in
gable have casements. Central entrance with complete
overlight and half-glazed door. Ground floor verandah with
lattice iron work and swept roof. Left return to street has
C20 lean-to extension and central 1st foor round-headed
window.
