Terrace of 7 houses. Dated 1852 on plaque. Brick with
stone dressings, slate roof, 3 storeys with basement, 2 bays
to each house. Top frieze and modillioned cornice. Ground
floor projecting windows have flat pilasters, frieze and
cornice, mostly tripartite sashed, no glazing bars. Round-
headed entrances have Doric doorcases with fluted columns
and 4-panel door. Central plaque bears the date and "ST.
MARY'S TERRACE" in gothic lettering. Plain iron railings to
steps; iron 1st floor balcony.
