House. Early C19. Ashlar with watershot stone at rear and
slate roof. 5-bay, 2-storey, double-depth, central-
staircase plan with small symmetrical wings to either side
and a wing to rear. Projecting plinth, modillion eaves
cornice with blocking course and hipped roof with 2 ashlar
stacks. The central 3 bays are slightly advanced and have a
modillioned pediment. Door with overlight and Tuscan canopy
on columns. 4 ground floor and 5 first floor windows have
sashes (no glazing bars), continuous first floor sill band
and the window above the door has a moulded surround with
cornice. Many of the rear windows retain glazing bars. The
interior is in a derelict state and is disused.
