Former Brewery Manager's house. Early C19, red Flemish bond brickwork with
slate hipped roof. Rear block with hipped peg tile roof. 2 storeys to road
frontage opening as 3 storeys on garden sides. Front has 3 double hung sashes
with small panes 2 similar with central door with 2 semi-circular superimposed
arches and semi-circular fanlight with radiating glazing bars. 6 panel door and
rebuilt steps. All arches of red rubbed brick, flat over window heads. To N.
lower hipped slate roofed block, with 2 double hung sashes with small panes over
one similar window and segmental headed carriage arch with slope down to rear
garden. C19 painted timber balconies on S and E sides.
