House. Early C18. English garden wall bond brick with
graduated stone slate roof. Central-staircase plan with a
total of 3 bays and 3 storeys. Central double doors with C19
gabled canopy. Projecting stone plinth. 2 ground and 3 first
and second floor transomed casements with leaded lights
apart from the second floor which has 3-light casements with
flat heads. Eaves cornice. Gable chimney stacks. C20 garage
adjoins to right. The side elevations, the rear of which are
rendered, have 3 gables and a rainwater head is dated "SC
1782". Various casement, sash and bay windows many of which
are replacements.
