2 cottages. Mid C18. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with
graduated stone slate roof. Each cottage has 1 room on each
of 2 floors. The right-hand cottage is the earlier of the 2
and has quoins, a later door inserted to right, 3-light
recessed cavetto-moulded mullion ground floor window and
later window opening on first floor. The left hand cottage
also has quoins, a door to right with square-cut surround
and a 3-light window on each floor (as above). Small lean-to
addition to right gable. Each has a large door opening at
rear first floor level, one C20 the other of the C18 with
chamfered surround.
