House and barn. Late C18. Hammer-dressed watershot stone
with graduated stone slate roof. Single-depth house with 3
bays, 2 storeys and barn to left. Quoins. Door between bays
2 and 3 has dressed surround. 4, 5 and 4-light ground floor
windows and 4 and 12-light first floor windows. All have
recessed flat-faced mullions; the workshop window has king
mullions. 2-light gable windows one of which is double-
chamfered. Outshut to rear right. 2 ridge chimney stacks.
Rear has 3-light double chamfered cavetto-moulded mullion
window (perhaps dating from 1749 which is when the deeds are
said to date from). Barn has large door with corbelled
lintel, and 2 doors to rear.
