Part of large house, built in 1713 (Diary of Richard Kay). In C17 style. Coursed squared store. Three storeys. Two windows (but top right-hand one absent): four-light mullioned on ground floor, three-light above; transversed except on top storey. Blocked doorway, to left with moulded architrave surround. Two string courses and cornice. Stone slab roof; coped gables with ball finials at angles and apex. Interior said to include amongst features of note a fine staircase and decorated plaster ceiling. Mullioned stair window has leaded lights.
