Late C18, altered C19. Hand made red brick. Symmetrical 5 sash windows. Arched
doorway framed probably C19 by Tuscan columns and cornice hood; double doors, part-
glazed; plain fan. Moulded eaves. Chimney at each end of low hipped slate roof
and one at foot of front pitch to right of middle window. Additional advanced
section on left is also C18. It has one altered window and hipped roof. Divided
in two in C20: left hand dwelling (No 300) has moulded cornices, 6-panel doors,
panelled shutters and ground floor front room has mantelpiece with panels above and
to sides with bird, vase and leaf decoration and double pilastered recess.
