House. Probably late C17. Rendered cob with slate roof. One-unit plan. Single
storey with attic, 2-window range of C20 casements. C20 door to right. Shallow
pitched roof replaces earlier steeply pitched roof, brick stack at ridge.
Interior not inspected. Included as an example of cob construction.
