Pair of semidetached villas. Mid C19. Stucco. Slate hipped roof to eaves. 2
storeys and basement. Each house 2 windows wide. Pilastered entrances square
headed, to outer bays square headed architraved, margin glazed sash windows, with
pedimental cornices to ground floor windows. Bracketed eaves. Cast iron
balustrade to entrance steps. Basement garages. Part of unusually complete
surviving scheme.
