Terrace house. Rebuild of c.1900. Red brick and stone dressings, slate roof. 4
storeys and attic; single bay front. Rendered mid C20 ground floor with shop.
Rusticated surround to broad segmental arched 1st floor window; narrower 3 light
sashes to 2nd and 3rd floors. Stone faced segmental pedimented dormer. Mutule
cornice and framing pilaster strips. Listed for association with J.L. Baird who
occupied an attic laboratory here in 1924-26 where he demonstrated television
transmission on the 27 January 1926.
